Teen Yoga - All Levels
Mary Kaye's teen yoga class workshop is 6 weekly hour-long sessions, and teaches an understanding of yoga postures, how to breathe and meditate, calm the mind, and gain strength and flexibility. All Levels class for students age 13-19. Six week session starting Feb 24- $150 per student, or drop in for a single class $28.

Want to work cleaner and move better? Want to stay healthy and agile? This class will focus on ways to optimize your performance- however you move. If your fitness goals include balance, strength and flexibility, power and stability, and staying calm under pressure, this class is for you.
