About the Class
This 90 minute class is for students who have at least two years of a consistent yoga practice and want to seek deeper skills and be challenged. Classes will include intermediate level poses, a focus on strength, pranayama, as well as seated meditation. Full use of hands and wrists is suggested.

Marissa Farrell
Marissa created and (still) instructs a unique yoga practice based on the Astanga Vinyasa, and Iyengar methods of yoga. These traditional styles are heavily influenced by her years of dance, martial arts, personal training,
