Andrea Fotopoulos

Andrea has been studying and teaching yoga for over 25 years. Earning two 500 hour E-RYT teaching certificates (and might be working on her 3rd), she is continually engaged in the study of all that is yoga.

Chanel Masody
Instructor
Chanel Masody has been dancing for over 20 years. She has studied ballet, tap, jazz, musical theater, and contemporary, and attended Bridgewater State for a Bachelor of Arts degree in Dance Education. She currently teaches musical theater at a studio in North Attleboro and Ballet and Tap at the YMCA. She is a dancer and 4x choreographer for Synchronicity Dance Company, a Boston based company for adults.

Tai Chi has been a grounding and joyful part of Lydie’s life for over 15 years. She spent 8 years studying under the guidance of Dr. Ming Wu, earning her Associate Tai Chi Instructor certification in 2021 and Associate Qi Gong Instructor certification in 2025. Lydie continues to deepen her practice in both Tai Chi and Qi Gong, currently exploring the broad sword form.

She is now certified as a Voice Colors for Autism teacher after completing a 30-hour training with Hannah and Eve Mergargle.
