Andrea Fotopoulos

Instructor

Andrea has been studying and teaching yoga for over 25 years. Earning two 500 hour E-RYT teaching certificates (and might be working on her 3rd), she is continually engaged in the study of all that is yoga.

Chanel Masody

Instructor

Chanel Masody has been dancing for over 20 years. She has studied ballet, tap, jazz, musical theater, and contemporary, and attended Bridgewater State for a Bachelor of Arts degree in Dance Education.

Cory Halaby

Instructor

Cory Halaby, E-RYT 200, has been teaching yoga since 2009. She is certified in Kripalu Vinyasa and as a mindfulness meditation teacher.

Debra Stein

Deb has studied dance throughout her life. In 1996, however, she found Nia, 52 moves that rely on precision yet let her spirit soar.

A former special educator, Hannah has taught yoga since 2005 in various settings serving students with diverse neurotypes, disabilities and learning styles.

Both on and off the mat, my primary focus is collective care and how yoga can be an important tool to support one another's ability to survive and thrive in this world.

Jacqui Weiner

Jacqui discovered yoga as a way to heal some injuries from running, calm the mind and connect with the body. Getting certified for the 200 hour yoga training just seemed like the natural next step, and of course another tool to add to her wellness toolbox kit.

Jeannine Guillaume

Jeannine began teaching classes and training clients in 2007. She holds multiple certifications from a AAAI/ISMA including levels 1, 2 and three personal training, older adult fitness, Mat Pilates, and many more.

Jennifer has more than 20 years of experience teaching yoga including Yoga Stretch, Vinyasa Yoga, R&R Yoga, Yoga for PD, MS & Dystonia as well as monthly R&R Yoga with Sound Bath – all with an Iyengar influence.

In teaching and practicing yoga (ERYT-500) and other movement arts for more than 40 years, Jennifer has been inspired and guided by many great teachers from a variety of traditions and styles.

Jenny Schneider, RYT - 500, has been practicing Yoga for more than 25 years and has started teaching Yoga in 2014. She teaches Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra and Restorative Yoga.

Kristen Duffy Young

Kristen has been teaching movement-based classes for over 20 years. She believes in using the body's innate wisdom as a guide for daily living and is committed to helping others find their greatest potential through embodied practices

Lauren Tutuny

Lauren is the founder of Luna Yoga, a themed Hatha Yoga practice based on seasonal moon phases and signs, focusing on somatic emotional release for connection to self and world at large. This practice blends anatomical precision with intuitive movement to safely guide students toward deep presence and transformation.

Lydie Barquet

Tai Chi has been a grounding and joyful part of Lydie’s life for over 15 years. She spent 8 years studying under the guidance of Dr. Ming Wu, earning her Associate Tai Chi Instructor certification in 2021 and Associate Qi Gong Instructor certification in 2025.

Lynne Lieberman

Lynne believes Pilates is a great complement to dance, yoga and most other life activities, strengthening one's core to better enable movement, grace, agility and balance.

Margaret Nokes

Margaret has been practicing yoga since the early 2000s, and in 2025 completed her 200-hour yoga teacher certification. She is now certified as a Voice Colors for Autism teacher after completing a 30-hour training with Hannah Gould and Eve Mergargle.

Robyn Maltz

Robyn Maltz, LICSW, is a licensed psychotherapist and NIA instructor. In both her private practice and her classes, she emphasizes the balance between mental health, self care, self acceptance, and spiritual connection.

Skye Robinson

Instructor

Skye’s professional career spans over 40 years of performing and teaching, in both Boston and her hometown of NYC. She holds a Masters of Special Education from Boston College with a specialty in Dance Therapy.

Abby Prague

Guest Instructor

Abby is a former attorney in the Boston area who teaches American Mahjong using National Mah Jongg League rules with a run and modern approach. She helps to break down the rules of the game to make it accessible to all. As she likes to say, "Mahjong isn't hard, it's just not intuitive, and it needs a great teacher!" Abby believes that Mahjong is a great way to foster connections across generations.

Z Maria Wang

For Dr. Z Maria, Qi Gong and Tai Chi are living art forms that reconnect body, mind, and spirit. Her teaching weaves together the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Daoist and Buddhist philosophy, energy healing, with elements of Western yoga and fitness.

Marcie co-owns Stepping Stone with her husband, Karl. She practiced acupuncture at Stepping Stone for 10 years and now provides practitioner and administrative support, as well as clinic oversight and business development.

Andrea Fotopoulos has been studying and teaching yoga for over 25 years. Earning two 500 hour E-RYT teaching certificates (and might be working on her 3rd), she is continually engaged in the study of all that is yoga.

Yaakov Ginsberg-Schreck is Founder and Executive Director of RUACH, an organization exploring embodied Jewish spirituality and cross-cultural dialogue through movement and meditation. A certified yoga teacher and Yale graduate with a focus in Cultural Theory, he teaches practices that weave Jewish sources with intercultural wisdom traditions.

Scott Raymond

Guest Instructor

Scott Raymond, LMT is a massage therapist, long-time volunteer with the American Massage Therapy Association, and an advocate for ethical practices in the massage field. He is the owner of StrongHouse Studio, one of the premier massage continuing education venues in Connecticut, and often travels nationally to teach at AMTA conventions as well as other local continuing education studios.
