Meet our Team

Lauren Tutuny
Instructor
Lauren is the founder of Luna Yoga, a themed Hatha Yoga practice based on seasonal moon phases and signs, focusing on somatic emotional release for connection to self and world at large. This practice blends anatomical precision with intuitive movement to safely guide students toward deep presence and transformation.

Abby Prague
Guest Instructor
Abby is a former attorney in the Boston area who teaches American Mahjong using National Mah Jongg League rules with a run and modern approach. She helps to break down the rules of the game to make it accessible to all. As she likes to say, "Mahjong isn't hard, it's just not intuitive, and it needs a great teacher!" Abby believes that Mahjong is a great way to foster connections across generations.

Andrea Fotopoulous & Yaakov Ginsberg-Schreck

Andrea Fotopoulos has been studying and teaching yoga for over 25 years. Earning two 500 hour E-RYT teaching certificates (and might be working on her 3rd), she is continually engaged in the study of all that is yoga.
Yaakov Ginsberg-Schreck is Founder and Executive Director of RUACH, an organization exploring embodied Jewish spirituality and cross-cultural dialogue through movement and meditation. A certified yoga teacher and Yale graduate with a focus in Cultural Theory, he teaches practices that weave Jewish sources with intercultural wisdom traditions.
