In this 8 week Introduction, you will learn basic yoga postures, meditation techniques, and breathing exercises that allow you to benefit from a viable routine for self-care. Whether you have physical limitations or not, this course is for you. Using adaptive, everyday tools like chairs or the wall, anyone can begin to be in their body in a new and healthy way.

Affirming yoga space for diverse youth ages 13+, each session will move through breathwork, accessible yoga poses with emphasis on modification and building skills over time, and mindfulness practices to integrate what we discover about ourselves

Anatomy of the Core- Special Event
This workshop explains and demonstrates the importance of the core, including the pelvic floor muscles and the psoas. Susannah will teach you and overview of the muscular system of the "core," and through precise techniques you will experience the movement of these muscles.
