Samantha Lowe

Samantha is an artist, visual arts teacher, Nia teacher, lifelong dancer, and lover of movement, music, and creative expression. She earned her BFA from Massachusetts College of Art and her MFA from NYU, and has spent many wonderful and inspiring years teaching art at Lexington High School. Samantha trained with Casey Bernstein in New York and went on to teach Nia for ten years before taking a little detour into the wonderful (and very busy!) world of raising her twin girls. Samantha loves creating inspiring playlists and choreography that makes you want to move, smile, and express yourself in ways that sometimes words cannot. Her classes are welcoming and designed to invite curiosity, freedom, and joy. She’s delighted to return to the studio and to create a space at Stepping Stone where she can share the energy, connection, and sense of belonging that come from moving together.
