Join to track where you are at this time & season to set seeds, goals, plant intentions of Moon Mantras. Utilize the energies of this new moon phase under the first astrological sign of the zodiac for this epic turning point in time. Lauren holds space for students to align their internal state of being to balance and equanimity. Learn, reflect, connect, somatically move through the emotion your body holds to better understand your body’s natural rhythms. Luna Yoga safely guides students to release emotional and physical tension through somatic movement, promoting holistic healing, regulation, and balance of mind, body, and spirit aligned with nature’s rhythmic cycles.
Bring your yoga mat, journal & pen and a hydrating beverage to this hybrid yoga session. We will begin with a 15 min group introduction and writing experience, followed by 60 minutes of Hatha-Restorative hybrid yoga with a themed sequence to the aspects and archetype of the Aries New Moon, ending with an extended Savasana with healing sound frequency music and a group closing reflection.
The moon is associated with emotions, the feminine, and inner world; a time tracker with a gravitational pull affecting ocean tides and the water content in our bodies.
