About the Class
Connect with your body and nurture your spirit while learning simple practices for improved sleep. Class includes a 30 minute somatic yoga sequence to repattern and slow down your nervous system from a busy day and a 30 minute Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) practice - a guided meditation that settles the mind and develops awareness of one's deep nature. Perfect way to unwind, find balance and inner calm. A better night's sleep is guaranteed!
