About the Class
Come build core strength while releasing daily tension through this combination class. The first half will build heat and stability through an engaging yoga flow, targeting the abs and obliques. This will resource us for longevity and ongoing strength. The second half will transition to a slower pace focused on deep stretches over longer periods, allowing ease and reflection as we integrate the practice. Similar to a "flow and restore" style practice, this targeted class balances the best of both worlds to leave you energized yet relaxed.
