About the Class
With anatomically aligned cues and an intelligent sequence, linked poses open the body and mind. Modifications encourage students to increase or decrease intensity. You will feel strengthened and lengthened while improving balance, concentration, body awareness and self esteem. This class is perfect for anyone with some yoga experience to advanced practitioners.
This class features a rotating schedule of instructors:
Tuesdays at 8am with Cory H.
Tuesdays at 9:30am with Jennifer C.
Thursdays at 12:30pm with Cory H.
Sundays at 10am with Cory H.
Please note that the Monday and Wednesday 9:30AM classes with Kristen will be changing to All-Levels Yoga starting July 1
