About the Class

With anatomically aligned cues and an intelligent sequence, linked poses open the body and mind. Modifications encourage students to increase or decrease intensity. You will feel strengthened and lengthened while improving balance, concentration, body awareness and self esteem. This class is perfect for anyone with some yoga experience to advanced practitioners.


This class features a rotating schedule of instructors:

  • Sundays at 10am with Cory H.

  • Mondays at 9:30am with Erica B.

  • Tuesdays at 7am with Cory H.

  • Wednesdays at 9:30am with Kristen D-Y.

  • Thursdays at 12:30pm with Cory H.

  • Thursdays at 7pm with Chris A.
