About the Class
Somatic Flow blends yoga-based flow with somatic practices and intuitive strength-building. It’s designed to help students develop deeper body awareness, regulate the nervous system, and move in a way that feels natural and connected.
Each class includes guided sequences that support mobility, strength, and presence with an emphasis on listening deeply to the body. The focus is on moving from the inside out, accessing a more honest and responsive relationship with your physical experience.
