Yoga For Kids! (Ages 4-8)

This fun and playful yoga class helps children ages 4-8 explore their bodies, breath, and simple yoga poses alongside other kids. Six week session starting March 10th- $132 per student, or $28 per session.

Teen Yoga - All Levels - 5 Week Session (May 26 - June 23)

Mary Kaye's teen yoga class workshop is 5 weekly hour-long sessions, and teaches an understanding of yoga postures, how to breathe and meditate, calm the mind, and gain strength and flexibility. All Levels class for students age 13-19. Five week session starting May 26- $125 per student, or drop in for a single class $28.

Voice Colors Yoga for Teens & Tweens - All Levels

Come join us for six weekly hour-long sessions starting Sunday, May 3 at 1:00 pm!  This series is open to all autistic and neurodivergent youth ages 9 - 15, their families, friends, and allies.

Voice Colors Yoga is a visually-guided approach to yoga developed for and with autistic yoga students. This class is open to autistic / neurodivergent yoga students ages 14+, their families, friends and allies.

LGBTQ+ Teen Yoga Workshops- Special Series

Affirming yoga space for diverse youth ages 13+, each session will move through breathwork, accessible yoga poses with emphasis on modification and building skills over time, and mindfulness practices to build confidence and strength in our mental and physical foundations in a supportive and environment. Students of all genders and orientations and yoga experience are welcome!
