About the Class

This fun and playful yoga class helps children ages 3–6 explore their bodies, breath, and simple yoga poses alongside other kids. Through movement, music, stories, and props, children will build self-awareness and learn gentle ways to calm and regulate their bodies—all while having fun. This six week session is designed for both boys and girls and encourages confidence, creativity, and connection in a supportive environment. Six week session starting Jan 27- $132 per student.

Jacqui discovered yoga as a way to heal some injuries from running, calm the mind and connect with the body. Getting certified for the 200 hour yoga training just seemed like the natural next step, and of course another tool to add to her wellness toolbox kit.
