Michelle Tash is a certified Pilates instructor and personal trainer dedicated to helping people optimize their movement. As a lifelong musician, she brings a unique sense of rhythm and flow to her practice, helping clients find harmony within their own bodies. Having used Pilates to overcome her own injuries, Michelle is passionate about guiding others on their journey toward a pain-free life. Her trauma-informed approach creates a supportive environment where you can build strength, increase self-awareness, and rediscover the joy of movement. Through a comprehensive movement assessment, Michelle works with all levels—from beginners to advanced movers—to manage pain and achieve goals you never thought possible. Her passion is contagious, and she's committed to helping you learn about your body and improve it through alignment and gait.
