Margaret Noakes
Instructor

Margaret has been practicing yoga on and off since the early 2000s, when her physiatrist sent her to Laughing Dog Studios in Wellesley to work with Jennifer Harvey instead of a physical therapist. She, her dysautonomia, and her hypermobile body have been in love with yoga ever since.
As she recently discovered and intensely researched her own and her family’s health and neurodiverse learning styles, Margaret changed her 30+-year career in corporate and government course development and training to becoming a preschool special educator in 2024, and yoga teacher in 2026.
In 2025 she completed her 200-hour yoga teacher certification with Daniel Orlansky and Andrea Fotopoulos, and began assistant teaching Voice Colors Yoga under Hannah Gould. She is now certified as a Voice Colors for Autism teacher after completing a 30-hour training with Hannah and Eve Mergargle.
Margaret, her husband, their two dogs, and, at times, their high school, college-bound, and college “children” live in Holliston.
