Jacqui Weiner
Instructor

Jacqui Weiner grew up in Newton, Massachusetts and now lives in Belmont, MA right outside of Cambridge. During her undergraduate years, she earned a BA degree in Psychology. She later worked in multiple office jobs that always involved working with people and sales. Throughout these years, she always had a deep passion for the health and wellness space. She connects her strong values of health and wellness in every aspect of her life living a holistic healthy lifestyle. This passion grew, and later in life, she got certified for Reiki level 1, became certified as an integrative health practitioner and recently completed her 200 hour yoga teacher certification.
Jacqui discovered yoga as a way to heal some injuries from running, calm the mind and connect with the body. Getting certified for the 200 hour yoga training just seemed like the natural next step, and of course another tool to add to her wellness toolbox kit.
Jacqui believes yoga happens on and off the mat. Focusing on the mind, body, spirit and bringing joy and a smile to others. Jacqui is known for her warmth, energy, and welcoming personality, which is so important as we want each guest to feel welcome and warm from the moment they enter the studio. With Jacqui’s background in yoga and health and wellness, she will be able to assist our clients and guide them to the perfect class while foresting community and making each person feel valued and special.
Jacqui and her husband Craig have two boys, ages 27 and 24, who love being active and living a healthy lifestyle as much as she does. When Jacqui is not at the studio, she loves spending time in her kitchen creating healthier versions of gluten free, vegan treats and making yummy delicious dishes. She also loves spending time outside, being active, whether it’s working out with weights, doing yoga, walking/running, or riding her bike. She also loves her cozy home and just chilling as well. After all, life is about balance!
