
About the Class
At its very core, yoga is an integrated training system that sharpens your body & mind. Anybody can practice yoga to build strength, improve joint mobility, and mental clarity: walkers, runners, weightlifters, swimmers, tennis players, football or soccer players (add your favorite way to move and play).
Physical postures, breathing techniques, and focus drills are combined to enhance performance; the body is a machine and a system that works best when organized to meet the challenges we put on it. Want to work cleaner and move better? Want to stay healthy and agile? This class will focus on ways to optimize your performance- however you move. If your fitness goals include balance, strength and flexibility, power and stability, and staying calm under pressure, this class is for you.

Andrea Fotopoulos
Andrea has been studying and teaching yoga for over 25 years. Earning two 500 hour E-RYT teaching certificates (and might be working on her 3rd), she is continually engaged in the study of all that is yoga.
