About the Class

What if a powerful source of renewed vitality already lived within you?

In this cross-cultural workshop, explore how Yoga and Jewish tradition both teach that new life emerges from the coccyx, or tailbone. An all-levels Yoga practice will align the spine and prepare us to explore the concept of Kundalini energy, alongside in-person text study and reflection on the Jewish tradition of the mysterious "luz" (seed) bone. No prior Yoga experience or Jewish learning required.

Registrant contact information will be shared with RUACH as an organizational partner for this workshop.
