The Roll Model - Self Massage Series - Special Event

About the Class

Join Erica Grossman, LMT and learn to use Yoga Tune Up massage balls to help increase mobility and reduce pain throughout your body- from your face to your feet! Each week we will work on a different area of the body, and you'll feel immediate relief during class- plus you'll bring your massage balls home so you can use them anytime you're in between your regularly scheduled massages! Join us for one session, or all four for a complete full-body self massage.


A set of Tune Up Fitness Massage Balls are required. Bring your own if you already have them, or purchase at the Studio ($16 - credit card only.)


Week 1 (May 6th) - Head, Neck, Shoulders, Back

Week 2 (May 13th) - Back, Legs, and Feet

Week 3 (May 20th) - Back, Hips, and Pelvis

Week 4 (May 27th) - Full Body


Bring a yoga mat, hand towel, and set of Tune Up Fitness massage balls! (Or purchase the balls at class.)


This is a special series so class packages and memberships don't apply.

Erica Grossman, LMT has been a massage therapist for over 23 years and currently practices at Stepping Stone Acupuncture & Wellness. Erica is also a continuing education teacher and offers professional classes for other massage therapists and practitioners, as well as workshops for everyone to learn how to reduce pain and improve quality of life through self massage techniques.
