About the Class
Ideal for new and experienced meditators alike, start your day with a mindful boost. Class begins with some gentle stretches and breathing practices, followed by both guided and silent meditation. The perfect way to establish a high-vibrational mindset to carry you throughout your day. Optional Q & A and sharing at the end of class.
