About the Class
In this two hour workshop, Jenny will introduce you to the fundamental principles of the practice of Yin Yoga. Yin Yoga is a slower yoga practice, one that complements more vigorous forms of yoga, as well as balancing modern life's stresses.
This workshop is open to anyone with an interest in creating more ease and peacefulness in their body and mind

Jenny Schneider, RYT - 500, has been practicing Yoga for more than 25 years and has started teaching Yoga in 2014. She teaches Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra and Restorative Yoga.
