About the Class
This relaxing and restorative workshop will teach you the importance of maintaining a healthy and perceptive connection to your fascia. Self-myofascial release helps to undo stiffness that restricts movement and can improve pain. It may "wake up" proprioceptive nerve endings to improve your somatic map (body awareness) and encourage activation of you parasympathetic nervous system (rest and restore) for overall well being.

By offering a physical means in which to explore emotional and psychological well being through personal patterns of posture, breath, and movement, yoga allows me to continuously notice and move from away negative self conditioning to physical and emotional well being.
