About the Class
This practice includes a number of modalities to release tension, including Yin Yoga, gentle stretching, slow movement, and pranayama in service of setting up the physical, emotional, mental, and breath bodies to rest deeply. About half of the practice will be dedicated to movement or Yin poses, and half will be dedicated to resting postures. This practice typically includes music.
