About the Class

This energetic and engaging yoga class is designed for children ages 7–11 to build strength, flexibility, and focus while having fun with peers. Through creative yoga sequences, breathing exercises, games, music, and mindfulness activities, students will learn tools to manage stress, improve concentration, and connect with their bodies. The class encourages confidence, teamwork, and self-expression in a positive, supportive environment for all kids. Six week session starting Jan 27- $150 per student.

Jacqui Weiner

Jacqui discovered yoga as a way to heal some injuries from running, calm the mind and connect with the body. Getting certified for the 200 hour yoga training just seemed like the natural next step, and of course another tool to add to her wellness toolbox kit.
