About the Class
This class combines gentle stretches to loosen the body and longer held yin poses to re-lengthen the fascial lines of the body. A perfect blend to give yourself a midday break to rejuvenate and refocus so you can take on the rest of your day with balanced energy. No prior yoga experience is needed.

Jenny Schneider, RYT - 500, has been practicing Yoga for more than 25 years and has started teaching Yoga in 2014. She teaches Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra and Restorative Yoga.
