About the Class

Mobility, in the context of this class, is translated as the intersection of Strength, Flexibility & Neurological Control. Using external load (weights) and resistance (resistance bands), this class brings together components of strength & mobility training to create healthy joint capacity so we can keep moving without pain. All Levels are welcome. Appropriate for those working with Injuries (prehab and rehab).

Your Instructor

Andrea Fotopoulos

Andrea has been studying and teaching yoga for over 25 years. Earning two 500 hour E-RYT teaching certificates (and might be working on her 3rd), she is continually engaged in the study of all that is yoga.
