About the Class
Mary Kaye's teen yoga class workshop is 6 weekly hour-long sessions, and teaches an understanding of yoga postures, how to breathe and meditate, calm the mind, and gain strength and flexibility. Teens explore balance and coordination, learn positive self-talk, and develop strength and confidence. Mary Kaye is dedicated to empowering children to develop confidence, a love of their body and skills to self-calm. In the process, they learn how to relax, focus, become more aware of the energy they project, and trust their intuition. When self-doubt creeps into the minds of these spectacular people, they need concrete skills on how to eliminate the mean girl voice and become aware of exactly how to attract positive people and experiences. All body types and physical levels are welcome. Come with sense of humor and great attitude! All Levels class for students age 13-19. Six week session starting Jan 6- $150 per student, or drop in for a single class $28.
