Welcome to your posture boot camp! This focused Pilates class is designed to reset your body's alignment and build a strong foundation. We'll concentrate on deep core engagement and mindful movement to strengthen the muscles that support your spine and improve your posture from the inside out. Expect a challenging workout that will leave you feeling taller, more stable, and completely realigned.
