About the Class
Learn classical Pilates techniques along with other movements to enhance body awareness and mind/body connection. You will explore exercises to develop and increase strength and flexibility in your core (Power House) including abs, shoulder girdle, back, glutes, inner and outer thigh. Class may utilize Magic Circle, blocks, balls, isometric exercises and the wall. Options will be given to increase or decrease levels of difficulty so all are welcome.

Lynne believes Pilates is a great complement to dance, yoga and most other life activities, strengthening one's core to better enable movement, grace, agility and balance.
