About the Class
Combining classical and contemporary Pilates and somatic exercises, this class is a total body workout and vastly improves your mind/body connection. Discover what is possible as you evolve in your strength, flexibility, muscle tone, dynamic power and ability to move through your core with greater range of motion. Class utilizes dyna-bands, magic circle, hand weights, isometric resistance stretching and imagery techniques. You will transform and feel strong, toned, mentally focused and centered.
