About the Class
If you think you know what a muscle class looks like, think again. This class will change your perceptions about what exercise looks like. We will be working with movement patterns and learning how we move in different planes of motion. The exercises that we do in class translate to everyday activities. Jeannine Guillaume
Jeannine began teaching classes and training clients in 2007. She holds multiple certifications from a AAAI/ISMA including levels 1, 2 and three personal training, older adult fitness, Mat Pilates, and many more.
