About the Class

The 26 Postures + 2 Breath Practices is set Hatha Yoga sequence originally known as Bikram Yoga. While this class offers the original format of the same postures and pranayama, the room is set to "cozy warm." The body responds to heat in many ways; at its best, warmth makes the muscles pliable and helps the tension dissipate more quickly. Students can more easily experience this transformative practice because the same structured sequence allows for the recognition of progress on the mat. Please bring a hand towel.

Your Instructor

Andrea Fotopoulos

Andrea has been studying and teaching yoga for over 25 years. Earning two 500 hour E-RYT teaching certificates (and might be working on her 3rd), she is continually engaged in the study of all that is yoga.
