About the Class
This practice moves slowly, with intention and curiosity, exploring shapes and movement that build both stability and mobility. This is a welcoming, mat-based (not chair-based) practice, and is appropriate for many practitioners, including to those in moments of transition, especially pregnancy and peri- and post-menopause.
