About the Class
Each week we explore a meditation practice that supports resilience and healing, rotating between breath awareness, lovingkindness (Metta), mantra, and forgiveness. We dedicate a few moments at the beginning of practice to explore physical posture for meditation, then space for instructions and any questions, then we practice.
