Everett Hoffman
Biomechanics Personal Training

Everett is the founder of Regenerate Movement in Jamaica Plain and works at Stepping Stone as a biomechanics trainer and body-centered coach. His background brings together Functional Patterns — a method focused on restoring alignment and movement efficiency — with ontological coaching, which supports people in shifting habits, perspectives, and relationships with their bodies. He works at the intersection of structure and mindset, helping people return to more natural, integrated ways of moving and living.

What Everett does:

Everett works with people dealing with chronic pain, long-term injuries, and movement limitations. His sessions include guided strength and mobility training, corrective exercises, and breath-based postural work, always tailored to the person in front of him. He helps clients understand how their body organizes itself in movement, then trains them to re-pattern those movements so they can move with less pain and more freedom.

Alongside the physical training, Everett uses coaching to help people sustain the changes they make. That might mean supporting them in building consistency, shifting unhelpful habits, or reconnecting with the sense of confidence that their body can support them. Clients don't just learn new exercises — they learn how to carry those changes into daily life.

How Everett Fits At Stepping Stone

What Everett does fits beautifully alongside yoga, acupuncture, and massage. Where bodywork and acupuncture can release tension, improve circulation, and restore balance, Everett's training helps clients build the strength, alignment, and awareness to maintain those improvements day-to-day.

Clients who work with him often report feeling more connected, more stable, and more capable in their bodies. That kind of integration makes all the work we do here at Stepping Stone more effective.

Everett is collaborative and enjoys being in dialogue with other practitioners, sharing insights and finding ways to support clients from multiple angles. He looks forward to connecting with you and hopes to be someone you can feel comfortable referring to when a client needs help with posture, strength, or movement patterns.
