9:30-10:30 am – Ecstatic Flow– Dima Bosko – East Studio

Ecstatic Flow is a movement method designed by Dima Bosko that blends intuitive dance, somatic healing, breathwork, and yoga-inspired flow to unlock your body's natural ability to release tension and trauma. Developed over 20 years, this embodiment practice combines rhythmic, intuitive movement with grounding yoga sequences to return you to your body's wisdom and reclaim your vitality. You'll explore the "S's"—Source, Spiral, Stretch, Spring, Shake, Swing, Strike, Squeeze, Sound, Soothe—alongside fluid postural transitions and breath-led movement that awaken your energy, restore your nervous system, and deepen your connection to self. Movements unfold intuitively, allowing emotional release and inner harmony to emerge from within.

9:30-10:30 am – Yoga – Kristen Duffy Young – West Studio

Kristen integrates her dance experience with yoga to create a fluid, mindful, and grounding Vinyasa Flow class. Students will move through postures at a moderate pace, allowing time for full body connectivity while cultivating strength and mobility. Kristen creates intentional sequences supported by anatomical cues, imagery, and breath coordination. Modifications are offered to accommodate all levels.

11:00-12:00 noon – Contemporary Modern Dance – Kristen Duffy Young – West Studio

This class draws from a variety of modern dance techniques, somatic practices, and anatomical fundamentals to find connectivity within the body. Each class focuses on one movement principle, which is explored through the warm-up, center combinations, and across the floor phrase work. Participants will learn tools to expand their range of movement while dancing in a fun and supportive atmosphere. This class is open to movers of all levels and experience.

12:00-1:00 pm – Yoga Stretch – Jennifer Cooper – East Studio

Floor stretches designed for anyone looking for more flexibility. Full body poses lengthen every muscle helping back and hip issues as well as shoulder, chest and heart openers. Posture is improved throughout class. Floor work builds toward one standing pose with class ending in a lovely meditation and relaxation. This class is perfect for any level with options for your preference.

12:30-1:30 pm – Yoga – Shireen Damghani – West Studio

Strong Flow is a Vinyasa practice that combines dynamic movement, intentional alignment, and a strong connection to breath. Ideal for students with a solid foundation in yoga, this class invites you to deepen your practice, refine your understanding of posture, and explore your edge in a supportive environment.

Shireen's classes are designed to cultivate vibrancy, spaciousness (and maybe a little spice!)—inviting both ease and energy into body and mind. Modifications are always offered to meet you where you are and to help you find the right level of intensity for your needs.

5:30-6:30 pm – Weighted Mobility – Andrea Fotopoulos – South Studio

Mobility, in the context of this class, is translated as the intersection of Strength, Flexibility & Neurological Control.  Using external load (weights) and resistance (resistance bands), this class brings together components of strength & mobility training to create healthy joint capacity so the things we can keep moving without pain.  All Levels are welcome.  Appropriate for those working with Injuries (prehab and rehab).

5:30-6:30 pm – Voice Colors Yoga – Teen – Hannah Gould – West Studio

Voice Colors Yoga is a visually-guided approach to yoga developed for and with autistic yoga students. Classes feature color-coded photographs of poses and sequences and follow a predictable visual schedule. A slower pace allows time to transition into poses and to explore variations. All classes end with relaxation.

This class is open to autistic / neurodivergent yoga students, their families, friends and allies.

All levels of ability and all communication styles are welcome!

7:00-8:00 pm – Heated Structures Series Yoga – Andrea Fotopoulos – East Studio

The 26 Postures + 2 Breath Practices is predictive Hatha Yoga sequence originally known as Bikram Yoga. While this class offers the original format of the same postures and pranayama, the room is set to "cozy warm."  The body responds to heat in many ways; at its best, warmth makes the muscles pliable and helps the tension dissipate more quickly.  Students can more easily experience this transformative practice because the same structured sequence allows for the recognition of progress on the mat.  Please bring a hand towel.

7:00-8:00 pm – Flow & Restore Yoga – Hannah Gould – West Studio

A deeply relaxing mix of gentle flowing movement, restorative yoga poses, breath work, and  guided relaxation. Enjoy some precious time to slow down, calm your nervous system and quiet your mind.

All levels welcome
